Our outdoor leadership program is designed to offer valuable experiences and development opportunities to both youth and corporate groups. Through activities such as camping, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canyoning and orienteering, participants will learn how to lead others, make informed decisions, and work as a team. This hands-on experience will help them develop self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and other important qualities necessary for effective leadership. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals to take on leadership roles and make a positive impact in their personal and professional lives. The program can also serve as a perfect team-building opportunity for corporations. Our program is designed with input from the Outdoor Councils of Canada and incorporates elements of their hiking leaders training program. Hiking leader Program 2 days

The Outdoor Councils of Canada (OCC) Hiking Leader program is a comprehensive training program that provides participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead hiking trips safely and effectively. The program covers a wide range of topics, including trip planning, risk management, navigation, group management, and emergency response. Participants will learn how to lead groups through various terrain and weather conditions, and will gain hands-on experience in the field. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive certification as a Hiking Leader, recognized by the OCC and other outdoor organizations. This program is designed for individuals who want to lead hiking trips for organizations, or for personal development and growth.
